BIENVENIDO

WELCOME

My name is Pedro, I've been on the radio since 1986. I discovered this hobby when I was 15 years old, now is a way of life for me.

I started like many people, in C.B. first only with a walkie-talkie and a
few years later, my father gave me a Super Star 3900, with that I made many contacts around the world .

In the year 1990 I examined EC and EB and in 1997 I extended my EA license, with the current indicative.

Since always my main interest has been
design and make my own equipment and antennas , for me the construction of equipment and antennas It's basic, I do not understand radio in any other way.

At this moment my interest is focused on the construction of antennas and accessories for the radio. You can see some of my works on my website
https://ea4adj.jimdo.com/

In HF I'm mainly focused on the HPSDR http://openhpsdr.org/ and in the design and assembly of boards for this
Excellent SDR transceiver that every day (I use it every day) is giving me more satisfactions. In HF I practice JT and FT8 modes and fonia

for about 5 years I have been very interested in the V / UHF bands, very interesting because of the possibilities of antenna construction they have, due to its small size, although this is also linked to a greater difficulty because it needs to be more precise in the measurements and the quality of ALL the materials used (especially in 1200 MHz) here a mistake in the measurements or a bad choice of materials can make a good project a total failure.

In these bands I make communications via satellite, aircraft-scatter and meteor-scatter  and now I am preparing my station to do EME
Although this for me more than a drawback is an incentive that hooks me even more to these bands.

73,
We hear on the bands
